luxevastgoedcostas.com is a free information catalogue of properties for sale on the Spanish costas, in Spanish, English, Dutch, Russian, Finnish and French. You can search, filter, view maps and read property pages. There are no user accounts and no contracts can be concluded through the website. Any enquiry takes place by WhatsApp, telephone or email, outside the website.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you may not:

  • copy or extract content in bulk by automated means, such as scraping, crawling or harvesting tools;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or its database, or interfere with its security or operation;
  • use the website to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content, or for any purpose that infringes the rights of others.

We may restrict access for anyone who breaches these rules.
