Accessibility statement

LUXE REAL ESTATE SL wants luxevastgoedcostas.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. This is a voluntary statement: as a private company we are not a public body, but we have chosen to work towards recognised accessibility standards.

1. Our target

We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.

2. Measures we have taken

semantic HTML, with the correct language set for each language version;
a skip link to jump straight to the main content;
full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator;
sufficient colour contrast;
text alternatives for images;
descriptive link texts;
respect for your system's reduced-motion setting;
a responsive layout that can be zoomed to 200%;
no time limits and no autoplaying media.

3. Known limitations

Interactive maps are not fully usable with a screen reader or keyboard. Every property shown on a map is also available in the list view.
Property descriptions in languages other than Dutch are machine translations of the Dutch originals and may contain errors.
Property photographs come from third parties and have generic text alternatives (property type and town).
WhatsApp is a third-party service whose accessibility we do not control.

This statement is based on a self-assessment carried out by the website's developers in September 2026.
